You look like a bodybuilder, is that how you train clients?
No. I personally train as a Physique Athlete, but this doesn't mean I train everyone that way. I also employ many different training methods to not only look good, but to function. I consider myself Augmented because as the meaning of the word suggests "made greater, larger, stronger, or more complete by adding to it."
What if I'm older?
I'm 50, I've taken the last 15 years of my 30+yrs refining how clients should train after 40. Even at 30 you need to be cautious of how you recover, your nutrition and mobility. I have used many of my findings in training/mobility/recovery as we age on clients in the same age group to great results, and I can make it work for you as well!
Do you offer random Bro-Splits?
Not the most effective split to train with. I work with clients to get an idea of what their goals are, and we come up with a plan that works with their schedule, the volume/sets/reps for constant growth and adjustments to ensure you don't plateau. Nutrition is a large part of how you progress and function.
